Using the lens of sports these discussions will explore issues of identity, advocacy, access and self-determination. Dr. schneider will also celebrate disability as a cultural identity.

Today I sit down with Jeff Dugdale the Head Swimming Coach at Queens University of Charlotte. Jeff has won 14 national titles during his tenure at Queens. He has also coached multiple Paralympians, including Hannah Aspden who is a Captain of Team USA during the 2024 Games. Jeff talks about journey as Hannah's college coach, and he shares what it means to watch her compete! I think you will enjoy our conversation!
